A welcoming space, a warm cup of tea and a friendly conversation. We all crave these moments and few of us create time in our lives to indulge ourselves. 

EVAMAIA is a space to visit for inspiration, to find a quick gift, and to slow down. 

Kids are more than welcome. We will have a small dedicated space for the little ones to build with blocks and play while you browse.

There are few things I love more than the feel of being in a small town while living in a big city. Neighborhood coffee spots, owner-run restaurants and small boutiques give our towns meaning and character. 

In 2011, I opened Lenceria Boutique on Sunset Blvd and later moved to Melrose Ave. When my daughter Eva was born, I closed that boutique and thought I'd never do retail again. 

Today, her name is on the logo, next to her sister Maia's. 

I'm so excited to get back on this journey, to meet new friends, reconnect with old ones and provide an enjoyable space for my neighbors in and around Studio City!
