Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Tags must be attached

No signs of wear (including makeup, deodorant, scent, or alterations)

Original packaging must be included

Proof of purchase is required
To initiate a return, email us at info@evamaia.com.
Once your return is approved:

We will email you a return shipping label and instructions

Items must be shipped within 5 days of approval
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
We provide a return shipping label for your convenience.
A $10 flat fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs.
Refunds & Store Credit
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.

Store credit (recommended): issued immediately upon approval - $10 return shipping fee waived.

Refund to original payment method: processed within 10 business days
Please note: original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
To secure your preferred size or style, we recommend placing a new order and returning your original item.

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
