Processing time
Orders ship within 1 business day, excluding weekends and holidays.
United States
Every US order ships USPS Priority Mail.
- Orders of $100 or more: free
- Orders under $100: $9.90
Most US orders arrive within 2 to 5 business days.
Canada
- Economy: $12 USD
- Standard: $18 USD
Rates are converted to your local currency at checkout. We currently ship to the United States and Canada only.
Delivery times
Delivery times depend on the carrier and your location. We’re not responsible for carrier delays or circumstances outside our control.
Duties and taxes (Canada)
Canadian orders may be subject to duties, taxes, and import fees on delivery. These charges are set by the Canada Border Services Agency, are not included in your order total, and are the responsibility of the recipient. If you have questions about what you might owe, contact your local customs office before ordering.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking to update.
Damaged or lost packages
- If your order arrives damaged, email info@evamaia.com within 3 days of delivery with a photo.
- If your package hasn’t arrived within 7 days of the expected delivery date, email info@evamaia.com and we’ll help track it down.
